Raleigh Mechanical and Metals, Inc. is a sheet manufacturer, serving Raleigh since 1980. The company was originally founded as a Mechanical Contractor with a small fabrication shop and soon expanded into strictly being a manufacturer in 2006. Our shop strictly adheres to SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association) constructions standards, which ensures that the client will receive a quality product.

Galvanized, paint grip, 16 gauge black, stainless steel, aluminum, and antimicrobial rectangular duct are available per your job requirements. Ductwork can be produced flat, “L” style or fully assembled.

Galvanized, paint grip, stainless steel, aluminum, and antimicrobial are available in our standard 10’-0” pipe lengths. We have the capability to run 4”- 80” round, as well as perforated for double wall jobs.

We offer a wide variety of miscellaneous items from flex connectors, access doors, hanger strap, turning vanes & rail, and welded & non-welded drain pans.

With the capability to stretch out from 8” to 32” deep and standard length being 10’-0”, with custom cut lengths available. Due to numerous major and minor sizes please consult us for a list of available sizes. Pipe and fittings are available in galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvannealed (paint grip). Dual wall is available with a perforated or solid inner wall with 1” or 2” insulation thickness. End connections can be coupling or our in-house flange connection.
